Make, modify, or cancel your Sweet Kiddles reservations easily using the mobile app. This application provides almost all the features available on the member portal, all accessible from your smartphone.

Sweet Kiddles offers flexible childcare services at six locations in the Cleveland area: Strongsville, Medina, Avon Lake, Hudson, Beachwood, and University Circle. The app allows parents to reserve spots for their children at any of these centers.

The app provides various functions:

• Direct communication with classroom teachers or administrators, real-time updates during your child's stay, and monitoring of your child's educational progress through observation reports and assessment sharing.
• Request new reservations for your children based on availability, with the option to view waiting lists.
• Adjust arrival or departure times for existing reservations.
• Cancel unnecessary reservations if plans change.
• Access account information such as name, contact details, authorized adults, document status, and children in the system.
• View purchased plans and check prepaid dollar levels or gift certificate balances.
